The Instrumentation Engineer reports to Team Leader C & I.

Responsibilities :

- An Instrumentation design engineer is involved in developing various kinds of instruments for measuring, monitoring and collecting data.

- Required to work as Instrumentation engineer, experience in Inter discipline co-ordination, Instrument sizing calculation, Instrument procurement activities includes Data sheet preparation, Technical Bid Analysis etc

- Must be hands on AutoCAD software. e-Plan knowledge & experience is preferable.

- Preparation Instrumentation Data sheet, Cable schedule & wiring diagram preparation

- Preparation of Cause and effect chart, IO list & Control narrative.

- Preparation of Logic using different types of gates (And/Or)

- Able to prepare P&ID drawings & Hook up drawings

- Must be knowledge of Hazardous area classification & certification like ATEX/ IECEX etc.

- Co-ordinate with operation team for installation, erection activities related to instrumentation and control of pump package undertaken at shop floor.

- Co-ordinate with purchase team for procurement related activities like to provide approval on general arrangement drawing of JB, instruments, Cable datasheet, Cable tray. Review of compliance copy of specification sheet/ technical offer submitted by vendor.

- Bachelor degree in Instrumentation Engineering.

- 3-5 years of experience in Instrumentation Field.

- Independent and proactive with good communication skills.

- Managed and executed multiple tasks while taking direction from several sources.

- High sense of ownership, strong work ethic, focused on details and results oriented.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly and Drive for Excellency & Competency.
