Instrumentation Engineer - PMO - Manufacturing (1-3 yrs)
Exciting Opportunity for Instrumentation Engineers at Pune.
An European manufacturing giant is urgently looking for BE/BTech (Instrumentation) engineers for their Pune (Maharashtra) based manufacturing cum corporate setup for their department: Project Management Office (PMO).
Position : PMO - Documentation
Experience : 1 years to 3 years
Roles :
- MRB Preparation, submission & get it approved by the customer.
- Coordination with company's other deptt.
- Coordination with all buyers/consultants/inter departmental to get all necessary approvals.
- Handling project business documentation as per customer format/on customer portal/as per accepted VDDR/NMR.
Responsibilities :
- Key documents submission within a week time after receipt of PO as per customers requirement (doc submittal date - request date)
- Approved final Documentation within 30days (final doc submittal date - invoice date.
- Maintain weekly timely sheet / similar tool for hourly logging of total hours spent.
- Follow-up activities post order with customer and other department.
