Instrumentation Manager - Plant Automation (10-15 yrs)
Job Description : Instrumentation Manager
Industry : Manufacturing Company (Brewery/Distillery)
Qualification : Electrical & Electronics Engineering-Degree/Diploma
Key Skill : Instrument maintenance, Instrument control systems, Plant Automation
- Planning & executing yearly shutdown activity like Job List preparation (Based on Plant Round, Preventive or shutdown requirement)
- Power Management system operation and troubleshooting, Distillery E&I utility & Maintenance.
- Handing Electrical & Instrumentation operation and maintenance of 1x3 MW power plant with 25TPH boiler,
- Handling Men power & Work on site with safety (TPM, 5S),
- Preventive maintenance, Maintain Store item,
- Handling Controlling automation
- Excellent understanding of electrical engineering research and development,
- Troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving,
- Ability to resolve complex electrical issues and control distribution of utilities services,
- Knowledge of programming of numerical relay, VFD and other protection relay,
- Knowledge of electrical equipment application for power and control system, conferring with systems operations and regulating transmission load and frequency.
- Vibration Monitoring System for Centrifugal Compressor and Steam Turbine with experience in Installation of Radial, Axial.
- Planning and implementing power generation and distribution processes.
- Operating and maintaining computerized control systems and auxiliary equipment, ensuring light, heat and
ventilation are provided in right proportion to all departments.
- Conducted investigation on electrical failures and resolved problems, developed electrical models and handled load flow and stability without disturbances, Cleaned and lubricated generators, pumps, compressors, motors and turbine etc.
- Preventive maintenance schedule of all Electrical static and rotating equipment.
- Handling of inventory, Proper Analysis and RCA preparation and Kaizen preparation, proper follow to WCM safety for maintenance, planning of shut down and other activity related to electrical activities, maintenance as per planned SAP software.
- Operation and Maintenance of ESP with testing of Air load test, Test and open circuit test and other controller test.
- Spearheading the complete electrical & instrumentation systems functions by utilizing modern techniques for estimation, procurement, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and documentation Managing project activities involving working out various requirements and monitoring overall operations for ensuring timely completion
