Intangles Lab, a leading Company providing Technology Solutions for Automotive Industry (Commercial Vehicle Truck and Bus Fleets) is looking for Techno-Commercial Command Center Executives (5 positions)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Product demonstration. Familiarizing customer with platform and hardware features

2. Handling existing customer inbound queries about the product and services through calls, email or WhatsApp

3. Responsible from opening to the closure of trouble tickets

4. Handling technical discussions and new feature requirements with customers as well as internal teams

5. Planning and coordinating vehicle availability, deployments, after-sales service on client vehicles

6. Maintain customer service targets by issue resolution in prescribed Turnaround Time

7. Up to date payment collection for all customers in the region

8. Activation and deactivation of services for customers on the platform

Qualification and Skills :

1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering

2. 2-3 years of experience in servicing Technology solutions to Truck and Bus Fleet Operators

3. Passionate about problem-solving

4. Good computer handling skills to demonstrate the platform

5. Good knowledge of Fleet Operators (Truck and Bus) operations

6. Good knowledge of Diesel Engines and use of Scan Tools (Error Codes)

7. Must be fluent in at least one regional language (excluding Hindi, English or Marathi)

8. Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools for reporting

9. Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Freshdesk Ticketing Platform is preferred, not a must

10. Immediate joiners will be given priority

NOTE: EXTENSIVE TRAINING OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE PLATFORM WILL BE GIVEN IN OFFICE FOR 4 WEEKS IN OFFICE (PUNE) AS WELL AS CLIENT VISITS. THIS JOB IS CURRENTLY REMOTE (WORK FROM HOME) DUE TO COVID 19 SITUATION. REQUIRES WORKING IN ROTATIONAL SHIFTS.
