Specialty design & Build services for corporate infrastructure. We provide total integrated solutions for the complete services requirements for a corporate and residential Design, Fit-out and Refurbishment.

Job Description :

1. Develops design concepts and detailed working drawings.

2. Prepare a drawing delivery schedule in line with client requirements.

3. Create design concepts and detailed working drawings and presentations to finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.

4. Prepare design concepts and take detailed notes to address customer requirements.

5. Discuss and present the drawings to the client.

6. Maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.

7. Provides follow-up support with customers and vendors.

8. Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers and the design and execution team.

Candidate Profile: Smart, Energetic, Responsible, Should be fluent in English, Presentable, Management Skills, Dedicated, and With clear employment background.

- Candidates should be ready to attend the F2F interview.

- Horamavu nearby candidates preferred or Candidates ready to relocate.

- Excellent Communication Skills, We prefer the candidates who are very creative in residential interiors and commercial office interior designs.

Relevant Experience : 2-3 Years

Salary Offered : 35k pm Max / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.
