Job Description :
- You should be well versed in space planning of Home projects in AutoCAD
- Expected to meet deadlines & maintain quality of deliverables
- Experience in Site coordination & exposure to vendor interactions.
- Knowledge of different kinds of materials available in the market & knowledge of vendors will be an added advantage
- Technical skills: AutoCAD, MS office, Basic Sketchup, Photoshop
- Creative and practical ability
- Strong visual awareness, Identify & Communicate potential design problems
- Desire to keep up to date with market trends & new ideas
- Should be able to assess project cost and completion time
- Knowledge of materials, drawing preparation, aesthetics & functionality.
