Job Summary:

We are hiring an Interior Designer for our office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 2- 5 years of professional experience and a strong portfolio of completed projects in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors. This position offers an opportunity to work on end-to-end interior design projects- from conceptualization to execution- while collaborating with a dynamic team and reputable clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget.

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.

- Create space plans, furniture layouts, and detailed 3D renderings using design software.

- Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections, and technical documentation for execution.

- Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and decor aligned with design vision and project scope.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project delivery.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation and ensure quality control.

- Assist in budgeting, BOQ preparation, and procurement tracking.

- Manage final styling and participate in project handover to the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

- 2- 5 years of hands-on experience in interior design and project execution.

- Proficiency in the following tools and software:

- AutoCAD (2D drafting)

- SketchUp (3D modeling)

- Lumion (for 3D rendering and walkthroughs)

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Strong design sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into practical layouts.

- Good communication, time management, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to independently manage timelines, vendor coordination, and site supervision.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.

- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

- Familiarity with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) planning and documentation.
