Interior Designer - Architect (5-10 yrs)
Job Summary :
- We have an opportunity for Interior Design professionals and the details of the job are as follows:
- Should have experience in Corporate and residential Projects
- Coordinate and conduct design review meetings with external consultants and top management.
- Candidate must have proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Photoshop & 3DS Max
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Knowledge in BOQ preparation.
- Provide pre- design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.
- Expert in interior design skills.
- Basic knowledge about Electrical, Air conditioning, Structural and Plumbing.
- Knowledge about the materials and should have field experience at site
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Candidate should be B Arch / Diploma in Arch with specialization in Interior Design.
- Required minimum 6 years of experience in the same field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & 3Ds Max is a must and knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDraw will be a plus.
