Job Title: Interior Designer - Modular (Design Consultant)

Location: Ahmedabad & Goa

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years total work experience, including 1 year in interior design and 1 year in modular design at a reputed modular company

Educational Qualification:

- Graduation / Relevant Diploma (minimum 15 years of academic education) from Reputed and recognized Educational Institute like CEPT

- License/Certification: Valid Driving License Required

Job Purpose:

To create compelling design solutions for modular kitchens and wardrobes, ensuring exceptional customer experience from the initial client brief to design finalization, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Client Engagement & Briefing

- Understand and Capture client needs and create detailed client briefs to engage customers.

- End to end ownership of customer experience from the first meeting to final design approval.

Design Delivery

- Lead the creation of accurate, high-quality design deliverables.

- Ensure design acceptance rates are high compared to total walk-ins.

- Deliver designs within 24- 48 hours of receiving the client brief.

- Finalize designs within 2- 3 revisions, aiming to get it right the first time.

Technical & Conceptual Expertise:

- Work on conceptual design (layout, style, mood boards) and technical drawings.

- Apply material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning for modular designs.

- Understand civil works and services (specifications & installation details).

- Prepare BOQs for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies.

Project & Meeting Management:

- Lead and conduct design meetings with customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Skills & Requirements:

Delivered a minimum of 5- 6 residential projects.

- Strong expertise in design tools (AutoCAD, PPT presentations).

- Proficiency in conceptual and technical design, material selection, and drawing preparation.

- Modular design knowledge (materials, aesthetics, functionality, planning).

- Understanding of civil works specifications and installation requirements.

- Strong project management skills, including BOQ preparation and vendor coordination.

- Excellent communication skills - crisp, clear, and client-focused. Ability to handle High Net worth

- Result-oriented with integrity, ethics, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
