Interior Designer-Modular kitchen - Showroom
REPORTS TO
Sales Head & Design Head
Job Purpose :
In Short Role Purpose/objective - Maintains Full Responsibility for Assigned Business Unit, Including Profitability and Handling Entire Design Process from Designing to Execution of The Project.
Job Activities - Details:
- Performance Indiators / Outcomes / Activities
- To Achieve the Sales Targets Given to Showroom
- To Visit the Customer's Site for Taking Initial Measurement and Further Consultation
- To Offer the Quote to Customer Based on Material Selection and Layout
- To Offer the 2 D/ 3 D Designs to The Customers
- To Prepare the Boq Based on The Final Selection of The Customer
- To Maintain and Monitor the Lead Funnel for Effective Sales Closure
- To Own Customer Experience During a Project
Behavioral Competencies Technical Competencies :
- Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Customer Relationship Management
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Proficiency in Any of The Kitchen Designing Softwares Like Pytha, Kd Max, 2020, Google Sketchup
- Design Sense for 3 D Rendering
- Through Knowledge About Components Like Carcass, Shutters, Hardware, Sliding Wardrobe Systems

Experience Educational Qualification :
- 2 - 4 Yrs. with At Least Min 1 Year as Kitchen and Home Interior Designer
- Graduate / Diploma in Interior Designing. Mba Qualification Will Be Preferred.
