About the Role :

- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Interior Site Supervisor to help us with various projects in Ahmedabad.

LOCATION : Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad.

Job Responsibilities :

- Working closely with vendor for smooth site coordination

- Oversee design progress against schedule and budget.

- Submit Daily progress report of the site. 

- Prepare a monthly budget sheet for the site.

- Coordinate for estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to director for approval

- Handling contractors and getting the required deliverables from them on time

- Control wastage on site through efficient usage of material, Ensuring proper storage of unused material to ensure reusability

- Ensuring quality execution of site based quality parameters also ensuring on-time completion of site as per the plan

- Review and detail shop drawings for construction plan

- Advance planning of material for smooth purchase and delivery

- Negotiate with vendors for purchase of material and get approval from director

- Administer design subcontract including processing monthly invoices for payment

- Ensuring on time ordering of material through with Project manager as per the execution plan

- Head and manage procurement of selected materials &Facilitate resolving design issues with owner/architect

- Finding solutions for technical issues for site through Project Manager

- Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.

- Be a bridge of communication among the vendor and organization

- Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents.

- Performing regular inspections of the construction site

- Prepare work schedules and track worker activities.

- Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure job success.

Qualification :

- Person with 3-5 years of experience & Proven track record of executing turnkey interior projects preferably in commercial spaces.Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design, construction, or related industry.

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. 

- Familiarity with relevant construction codes and regulations.Sound knowledge of carpentry, civil, and various MEP works.Should be able to read and analyze drawings and BOQ

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage on-site teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, contractors, and suppliers.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
