Intern - Supply Chain - Pharma (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overall supply chain strategy to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to forecast demand and create supply plans that ensure availability of products.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand.
- Oversee logistics and warehouse operations, including transportation, inventory control, and warehousing.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
