Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Move Coordinator, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities include :
1. Handle new moves from agents, private, and corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
2. Coordinate export, import, third-country, and domestic moves, with a clear understanding of the complete move process on a door-to-door (DTD) basis.
3. Book freight and negotiate rates with destination agents.
4. Manage file escalations and resolve issues promptly.
5. Understand and coordinate insurance coverage for moves.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth move execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the relocations industry.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Hands-on experience in handling export, import, third-country, and domestic moves.
ability to work independently and manage multiple moves simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Previous experience in the relocation or logistics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field is a must.
