Production Planning & Control - GM

Location: Meerut (Uttar Pradesh)

InTrading is a vertically integrated Solid Wood Furniture manufacturing firm, with manufacturing facility in Churu (Rajasthan) and upcoming state-of-the-art manufacturing capacity in Meerut. The management plans to invest 200 cr by 2016 in expansion plans, starting 25 Cr investment concluded in 5 axis CNC machines, Veneering plant, Dust free paint booth, efficient fire fighting system, etc. The company is a part of a 1000 cr+ group driven by a promoter who is a Harvard alum and has 25 years of experience in successfully running businesses.

The furniture is exported to customers globally as well as retailed in India through - InLiving- from chain of furniture stores in Pune & Delhi, Franchises PAN India and online presence. The Comapny is also OEM to leading furniture brands in Inda.

Reporting to the ED India, your responsibilities will include :

Job Responsibilities :

- Furniture / Fixture Industry

Major responsibilities :

- Master Planning / Scheduling for all orders

- BoM and Cost planning

- Vet all technical drawings before releasing to production

- Production Optimization

- Material Requirement Planning

- Resource / Workflow Planning

- Vendor resource planning

- Capacity Forecasting

- Lead QA/QC

Minor Responsibility :

- Daily Progress Tracking

- Material & Cost tracking

- Production mapping

- Labor management

- Departmental progress reporting

- QA/QC Reporting

Requirement :

- M Tech - Mechanical or Wood technologist or FRI post Graduate

- 10 -15 Years of experience in Solid wood or Veneer Production and Planning

- Very strong analytical skills
