Position : IT Procurement & MIS Manager

Job Description :

Purpose of the role :

- To undertake complete responsibility for the day to day operations of IT Procurement

- To be responsible for the following tasks of IT Procurement department

- Managing IT Procurement Process and its related activities

- IT Vendors Master Agreements, Contracts and Statutory requirements

- Register, renewal, transfer of Domain and SSL certificates

- Managing IT Inventory / Assets Globally

Profile Roles and Responsibilities :

Areas of Responsibility & brief description :

1. Monitor the end to end procurement process on daily basis Full

2. Manage and coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Conduct vendor analysis by monitoring and evaluating performance of vendors on an on- going basis.

3. Adherence to SLA with business Full

4. Budget preparation for procurement and ensure procurement takes place within planned budgets

5. Responsible for MIS related to IT procurement Full

6. Ensure Internal customer and vendor satisfaction Full

7. Ensure the IT equipment procurement process followed globally before purchase :

- Adherence to procurement process

- Verification of invoices before payment in India

- Managing disputes in IT procurement and payments

- Non-Disputed payment clearance within 30 days from the date of delivery and installation of Hardware or services.

8. Ensure to have a Master Agreement, Contract, NDA, SLA, Escalation Matrix of all major IT Vendors in place. Checklist of each contract should be attached.

9. Domain registration, renewal, transfer & SSL certificate registration :

- Ensure all required domain renewal done on time

- Ensure SSL renewal is done

- All new requirements are processed in 2 working days

10. Managing IT Inventory / Assets Globally :

- Maintaining the IT inventory and verification with physical check and account books

- Dispose of all IT assets as per IT Policy Maintenance

- AMC of UPS, Networking equipment, Firewall, Servers.

- Replace IT Hardwares before End of Life / End of sell

11. Judicious use of natural resources Full

12. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
