Jindal Stainless - Composite Engineer - Fibre-Reinforced Plastic (3-5 yrs)
Production Activities :
- Engage in regular production of FRP composites and streamlining manufacturing activities
- Managing plant operations
- Cost reduction activities- wastage reduction, raw material mix optimization etc.
- Involve in new concept development and prototyping; identifying optimum process for new product and standardizing
Quality :
- Process design for ensuring the end product quality requirement
- Raw materials quality control
- Identify product deviation from the standards/requirements, work towards eliminating the gap
Customer Acquisition and Support :
- Prototype development based on Customer's requirement for approval process
- Production support during customer inspection and approval
- Technical deliberations with customers for properties and process finalization to achieve the end product specifications
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Qualification and work experience :
- Work experience in key potential FRP segments of atleast 4-8 years : Automotive, Railways and Mass transportation, infrastructure
- Must come with a sound understanding of the FRP production processes and quality control
- Knowledge of current activities and trends in FRP Composites Industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
