Job title: GM Civil
Qualification & Experience Desired: BE (Civil) with 15-18 years- experience in Design / design checks / tendering / evaluation / detailed engineering for cement plants.
Broad role will be:
- Preparation of tenders for civil works in plant / colonies / infrastructure / interiors / soil investigation / topography,
- Techno-Commercial evaluation of bids,
- Preparation of road / drainage layouts,
- Construction drawings design / preparation / checking, Value engineering for civil / structural buildings design, STAAD, Civil drawings interfaces checks,
Should have led a team successfully, Understanding of work and material specifications & QAPs, Quantity and Cost estimation, coordination with consultants / other departments / outside agencies / contractors.
