- Mine management

- Knowledge of Forest and Wildlife clearance

- Knowledge of Software for Mine Planning like Quarry Master (QM) and Quarry Scheduling Optimizer (QSO)

- Liaison with Govt. Agencies

- A mine plan and Mining scheme preparations.

- Operation and Maintenance of mines

- Spare parts planning

- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & Autonomous maintenance implementation by involving the workers.

- Benchmarking exercise for improvement of productivity of Mining Activities.

- Systems for ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001

Desired profile: 15 to 25 years experience post-B.E. Mining Engg.
