Jubilant Foodworks - Deputy Manager - Logistic (5-10 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE:
To develop and implement effective Supply Chain operations, supply chain management, Transporter and Logistics management To plan commissary operation looking at future volumes and ensuring implementation of the same.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Logistics Management
- Route and Vehicles Planning
- MIS and Rates Approval
- Managing logistics operations, involving and coordinating with various & other external agencies to achieve seamless & costeffective transport solutions.
- Tracking on inbound material and Freight
- Restaurant Delivery on Time and Tracking
- Implementation of Transport management system
- Billing and Payment follow up
- Cost Saving Initiative
Quality Assurance :
- To insure the quality parameters to be followed during the operations.
Transporter Management :
- Monitoring of KPI and SLA's of Transporters
- Coordination with Transporter for daily despatch and receiving
- Rates Negotiation
- Development of alternative transporters
