Job Summary :
- To plan & manage the production activities in the production area so as to meet the requirement of Supply Chain / Planning with respect to delivery of products & to ensure all products are standard as per requirements of regulatory guidelines, safety & quality guidelines.
- To manage people, material & processes effectively so as to deliver quality & cost effective products.
Job Description :
- Leading the Technical Services function related to Technology Transfer of oral dosage projects.
- Site transfer of products from R&D and from different location
- Quality improvement of existing projects, trouble shooting and root cause analysis and CAPA for failure batches.
- Regular validation of batches as per supac guideline.
- Qualification of equipment.
- Audit compliance.
- Plan, co-ordinate and control the entire production process as per the Marketing plan/ month production plan.
- To strengthen production planning process
- To maintain highest standards of quality in product manufacturing & compliance.
- Ensure optimum Capacity utilization.
- Efficiency setting and productivity enhancement.
- Audit preparedness and compliance as per the regulatory requirements.
- Shall encourage multi skilling.
- To ensure Production cost at the budgeted level.
- Drive organization wise initiatives such as TPM/ERP (implementation) like BAAN in production.
- Process standardization and review of SOP's.
- Ensure retention and development of High performers of the production team.
- Ensure Individual development through series of T&D programs.
- Monitor and control the yield losses during the production.
Qualification : B.Tech / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience : 15- 20 years
