Junior Architect (2-5 yrs)
Conduct research, collect data for analysis and documentation to support project development.
- Assist in the development of conceptual architectural designs and plans.
- Create detailed 3d Models and high quality 2d & 3d renders for presentations.
- Create industry standard presentations for Design communication to the client.
- Be well versed with Schematic Design and Design Development stages ensuring compliance with various building codes and regulations like State Building Byelaws and NBC.
- Work seamlessly with senior architects and project managers and support the project team in various administrative tasks.
- Have experience and knowledge of sanction drawings, tender drawings, and working Drawings. Assist in the preparation of project documentation.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules.
- Conduct site visits and inspections if needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
