Qualification: B.Arch / B.Tech-Civil / B.Plan
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant working experience(Real Estate Company)
CTC: Approx Rs. 20,000/- 25,000/- per month
Interview place : Hyderabad
Job Description:
- Coordination with architectural consultants for design development
- Coordination with construction department for GFC issuance and drawing management.
- Well versed with rule/guideline/govt. order/Nation building code regarding real estate development {Residential (group housing, layout) and Commercial}.
- Preparation of status reports and presentations ( of authority & design progress)
- Develop data & information as per the finalized drawings required for marketing promos & sales kit.
- Project authority approvals plans & proceedings archiving and data management
