Position Overview : 

As a Junior Architect / Interior Designer at Urbansaga Designs, you will play a pivotal role in translating our clients' visions into architectural masterpieces. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of designers, ensuring seamless integration of architectural elements into our interior design projects. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovative design, and the ability to bring concepts to life through thoughtful architectural solutions.

Responsibilities :

1. Conceptualization and Design: Develop and communicate design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, considering both aesthetic and functional aspects.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with the interior design team to integrate architectural elements seamlessly with interior concepts, ensuring a holistic and cohesive design approach.

3. Space Planning: Create and optimize spatial layouts to enhance usability and flow within interiors, adhering to both aesthetic and practical considerations.

4. Technical Drawings: Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, to guide the construction team in bringing designs to reality.

5. Material Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and architectural details that align with project goals, budget, and design intent.

6. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and constraints, and incorporate feedback into the design process.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.

8. Project Management: Oversee the architectural aspects of projects from conception to completion, working closely with the project management team to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

9. Innovation and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative architectural solutions to continuously elevate the design capabilities of Urbansaga Designs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

2. Preferred Professional license and registration as an architect.

3. Proven experience in residential and commercial architectural design.

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Stechup, Photoshop, V-Ray and other relevant design software.

5. Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

8. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful architectural projects.

9. Familiarity with modern interior design is a plus.
