Junior Design Engineer (1-3 yrs)
JOB PROFILE: Jr. Design Engineer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Mechanical Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a Design Engineer.
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems.
- Should have good exposure to Fabrication and Machining component design.
- Excellent in understanding & Application of GD&T.
- Create technical drawings and models using 3D CAD Software (SolidWorks)
- Selection, design, and development of different Sheet-metal, Fabricated and machining drawings.
- Responsible for ECN as per CFT input.
- Must know understanding of manufacturing line flow, process, and routing of products during BOM preparation.
- Responsible for Current product improvement as per CFT inputs.
- Responsible for the generation of technical documents- Product catalogues, and manuals.
- Should be able to complete Product Data Management.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient production processes.
- Work closely with CFT i.e. Production, Quality, Service etc.
REQUIREMENT :
- Mechanical Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a design engineer.
- Good understanding of large assembly management and Top-down assembly structure
- Proficient in 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks.
- Should be good hand on documentation Software like MS Office & Google Sheets.
- Willing to work in a very dynamic start-up organization.
- A candidate from Nashik Region will be preferred.
EDUCATION : B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
INDUSTRY PREFERRED : Agricultural Implements, Tractor, Off-road Vehicle, SPM WORK LOCATION: Nashik.
