Job Description- Junior Inspection Engineer

About Role

We are looking for civil engineering fresh graduates who want hands-on field experience. As a Home Inspector, you will visit flats and houses to check construction quality, identify issues, and explain them to customers. You are not expected to sell, manage labor, or carry out repairs- your role is to inspect, observe, and report.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential properties (flats and independent houses) for inspections.

- Check basic construction quality, finishing, and visible defects.

- Identify issues such as cracks, seepage, poor workmanship, or alignment problems.

- Take clear photos and videos as proof of observations.

- Explain findings to customers in simple, non-technical language.

- Prepare and submit inspection reports using company formats and checklists.

- Learn inspection standards and best practices with on-the-job guidance.

- No sales or marketing

- No supervision of labor or contractors

- No repair or construction work

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

- Practical understanding of residential construction practices is preferred

- Basic mobile and app usage for photos, videos, and reports
