Junior Engineer - Equipment Operations - Manufacturing (1-3 yrs)
Position : Junior Engineer (Equipment Operator) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)
Role :
- Operate equipment (SPM).
- Cleaning of equipment
- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
- Daily production report
- Ability to problem solve in a logical way
- Mechanical Maintenance
- Breakdown analysis with help of maintenance team
- Safety management at site
- Spare management
- Ensured quality of products by regular interaction with the QC Department
- Handling of Pollution Control Equipment like Pulse Jet Dust Collector
- Responsible for production planning
- Data management.
- KPI management & reporting
Requirements :
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with around 1-3 yrs experience
- Hands-on experience of equipment operating
- Experienced in the field of a Continuous Process Industry. Preferable cement, fertilizer etc.
- Preferred Language : Marathi, English, Hindi
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exposure to Heavy Engineering Equipment like Crushers, ball mills, generators, compressors, pumps.
- Exposure to Material Handling Equipment like Loader, Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyors and Elevators
- Exposure to Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipment
- Must have proficiency in MS Office.
