Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise & execute finishing jobs like plaster, tiling, gypsum, painting, doors & windows.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, samples & quality standards.
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and labour.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling/storage.
- Check line, level, alignment and surface finish of works.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) & maintain site records.
- Assist in measurement & billing of finishing items.
- Ensure safe working practices in coordination with the safety team.
- Report daily progress to the reporting engineer/project head.
Skills & Requirements
Good knowledge of residential finishing works.
- Able to read & interpret drawings and finishing details.
- Basic knowledge of measurement and billing.
- Strong coordination & communication skills.
- Willingness to work at site in Panvel.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in residential / multistorey building projects.
