Junior Engineer - Mechanical Industry (0-2 yrs)

1) To monitor the status of all live enquiries and ensure they are completed as scheduled and escalated to the next level when required;
2) Analysis about the compliances and the basic eligibility criteria for applying the Bids and tenders;
3) Advanced skills in using Microsoft office suite;
4) To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company's sales process;
5) To follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients;
6) To organize the company's marketing materials such as flyers and brochures, etc;
7) Interface between customer and company's internal departments such as design and customer support, etc;
8) Basic interest and knowledge about products related to Aerospace and Defense sectors.
Soft Skills :
- Good communication and writing skills;
- Fluent in English, other local and common languages;
- Must be a fast learner absorbing tasks and responsibilities;
- Must be a proactive and a team player;
- Must be punctual to work.
