Junior Engineer - Production (2-4 yrs)
Job Title: Jr. Engineer-Production (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co) Dist: Palghar, near - Thane
Department: - Production,
Reports To: Manager- Production
Role: - production activity shift-wise & shift-wise reporting to Production Manager /Sr. Production Engineer.
Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Operate equipments (SPM), Cleaning of equipment.
- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently.
- Daily Production report, ability to problem solve in a logical way, Mechanical maintenance.
- Breakdown analysis with help of maintenance team, Safety management at site, Spare management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, Ensured quality of products by regular interaction with the QC Department.
- Safety, welfare and Morale- to ensure that Environment, Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companie's environment, Health & Safety policy.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
- Candidate should be Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance.
- 1-3 years of experience in Production department.
- Hands on experience of equipment operating, experienced in the field of a continuous process Industry, preferable cement, Fertilizer etc.
