Junior Engineer - Purchase - Vendor Development (3-7 yrs)
This position exists with one of our esteemed clients. It is a manufacturer of various types of machines.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Analysis drawing and clear comments in reference to spell information to supplier.
- Float inquiry to supplier based on requirement.
- Finalize purchasing term and release PO.
- Maintaing necessary records
- Making follow-up against demand and get confirmation.
- Supplier visit and interaction for routine technical issues.
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of procurement process.
- Sufficiently technically sound to comprehend the drawing requirements.
- Understanding problems and to provide accurate counter measures.
- Versed in the use of MS Office application and the ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Self-confidence, organizational and communication skills, reliability and systematic work.
- Reliable and accurate way of working, enjoyment of team work, flexibility and willingness to perform in an international environment.
Qualification :- Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer
