Position : Junior Officer - MIS

Location : Gurgaon

5 Days working

Should have worked on Oracle R12

Purpose : On time preparation & compilation of Monthly, quarterly, Half yearly performance report & Variance analysis. Compilation of Budget related data & preparation of budget. Ensuring timely posting of period end entries in General Ledger.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

Principle Role : On time & accurate submission of Key Flash, Mid-year Review and Budget.

Responsibilities :

- Updating Plant Input/Reports

- Pre MIS data preparation & its compilation.

- Co-ordination with units for timely input.

Provisions :

- Preparation of working of GIT Provisions

- Preparation of working of Monthly Provision of Power, Freight & Repairs

Sales Working :

- Preparation of sales working after considering Domestic, Export & IUTA Sales.

- Reconciliation of sales.

- Prepaid Expenses working

- Ensuring the capturing of prepaid expenses & its allocation.

NPA working :

- Preparation of Provision for NPA

- Review of NPA

- Trial Balance Review

- Every month trial balance Review

- Trial updation in MIS for P&L working

- Preparation of Profit & loss account.

- Business segment & plant wise

Common Pool :

- Allocation of Common pool Expenses

- Review of Common Pool Expenses

- Preparation of Variance against Budget & previous period.

- Detailed variance working

- Business wise & Plant wise.

Budget Preparation :

- Preparation of Budgeted Profit & loss accounts, working capital, Cash flow, Balance sheet.

- Variance Analysis

- General ledger & Trial balance

- Checking the trial & GL in respect to the period end entries, provisioning etc.
