Junior Project Engineer - Civil - Site Execution (3-5 yrs)
Job Title: Project Engineer - Civil (Site Execution)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil
Scope of Role
This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Project Management team in the execution of site activities, with a focus on service works, quality assurance, and timely project delivery.
Level of Authority :
- Works under general supervision with decisions made as per company policies and procedures.
- Errors in judgment may have short-term impacts on co-workers and supervisors.
Key Relationships :
- Internal: Project Management Team, Site Teams
- External: Clients, Contractors, Consultants
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise daily site activities with a focus on service-related works.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical and management aspects of projects.
- Ensure execution of work at site as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
- Monitor and report on contractor performance related to services execution.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and progress updates.
- Support the preparation of billing documents for various packages to ensure timely payments.
