Junior Role - Purchase & Store Executive (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase cum Store Executive to manage procurement, inventory control, and store operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely material availability, maintain accurate records, and support smooth production operations through effective vendor coordination and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered as per schedule.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for raw materials and consumables.
- Maintain job work documentation and coordinate material movement with job work vendors.
Inventory & Store Operations
- Conduct physical stock verification every 15 days and reconcile with system records.
- Maintain organized storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Handle inward procedures including Goods Received Notes (GRN), inward registers, and system entries.
- Process outward material issues based on production requests and maintain outward registers.
Documentation & Data Management
- Ensure accurate and organized maintenance of all records, both physical and digital.
- Maintain inventory, purchase, and store data in ERP systems, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2- 3 years of experience in purchase and store operations; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory/software systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English is an advantage
