Junior/Senior Engineer - Civil - Residential Projects (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- To execute all ongoing activities with the help of subordinates, to monitor junior staff and contractors- manpower to achieve schedule dates. To find out bottlenecks prior to executing upcoming activities and discuss with the same with seniors & management team.
- Drawing study & implementation of the same at site level.
- To track the stock of materials on site.
- To indent the required material as per the lead time chart of purchase dept.
- Estimation of whole quantities for the project.
- Checking & Certifying Quality as well as on site measurements of allotted contractors.
