Kartouche Holdings - Operations/Administration & Executive Assistant to CIO - Family Office (6-20 yrs)
- We are a family office that invests across asset classes and geographies.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, organizational skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Any background in finance or investments is an added bonus, particularly any background with the CFA Program.
Job Responsibilities include :
1. Completing any paperwork for transactions and coordination to ensure all transactions are executed smoothly.
2. Overseeing an advanced MIS system.
3. Inputting data into Excel.
4. Communicating with our principals, their EAs, accountants etc.
5. Communicating with various third parties.
6. Assisting the CIO with various ad hoc tasks.
