Kartrocket - Assistant Manager - Warehouse (2-5 yrs)
Location: (Dankuni/Dhoolagarh)
Job Description :
- Manage/Monitor customer order fulfillment, inventory management, incoming material handling and other warehousing services ar 3PL warehouse
- Responsible for 100% adherence of all service KPI
- Ensuring adherence of Operational SOP, Personnel Policies and all the statutory/legal compliance in warehouse
- Resolving all client/seller/customer related issues in warehouse and creating systems to mitigate such issues permanently
- Owner of warehouse process and WMS requirements - need to collaborate with different teams to resolve WSM issues
- Responsible for continuous process improvement in warehouse and WMS & Process training at shop-floor level
Profile Requirements (Skills & Competencies) :
- Strong people management skills
- Analytical Thinking & strong excel skills
- Must have ecommerce warehousing experience of 2-5 years
- Knowledge of local language
