Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Kazam Charging Infrastructure is an device agnostic & modular of multiple components from different sub-systems (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software, etc.) These need to integrate seamlessly and adapt to the business requirements. Hence, you- ll be involved in a lot of cross-functional team (CFT) coordination to solve complex technical/technology/operational problems.

- Should have good knowledge of EV Charging Infra & Electrical distribution, Infrastructure Lifecycle Management.

- Should be detail-oriented with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.

- Should be a self-starter & go-getter with the ability to multi-task and stay on top of a lot of things simultaneously

- Proactive, responsive, and keen on process enhancement. Proven ability to optimize execution and increase the predictability of the system

- Floating RFQ and identifying the best vendor, Develop New vendors for NPD, Production & Charging Infra related procurements.

- Possess excellent communication and have a good command of verbal and written skills

- Your knowledge of system components will help in understanding issues better. But more than that, your skills of facilitation and communication will be tested in this role.

- Finally, a get-it-done attitude that helps deliver uncompromising quality on time is a must in this role.

- MIS reporting & revenue expenditure control.

Eligibility Ask :

- A total experience of 3-5 yrs in a reputed organization.

- Preferably a background in Field Operations, Electrical Project Execution, Power Distribution Service, Warranty/Performance.

- BE/B.Tech degree in engineering is a requirement with a recent background in project management that would help understand best practices in Scrum/Agile.

Good to Have:

- Fluent in multiple languages : Hindi, English, Kannada

- Experience in Electrical Design, Operations & Project Planning / Execution.
