Job Description :
1. Management of Technical services
2. Management of soft services & security management for the building
3. Management of customers - issue resolution and support in collections
4. EHS management
5. Compliance management including ensuring compliance to all stat norms and renewal of operational licenses etc.
6. Site billing.
7. Proactively identify local issues and report to HO
Preferred Companies/Industries : Real estate, IPC, Facility management companies
Should have relevant experience in commercial / office buildings and experience in Tenant management.
