Keller - Geotechnical Manager (10-15 yrs)
Job description :
1) Develop design capabilities of the company, together with business leaders (e.g. directors, heads of department) in accordance with the business plan.
2) Evaluate relevance and effectiveness of design procedures and workflow
3) Lead and develop the team of Geotechnical/design engineers in the office
4) Provide specialist guidance on key design issues, as and when required
5) Arrange and Collaborate with external designers as and when needed
6) Collaborate with the other Keller overseas design offices for technology transfer in India
7) Maintain relationships with key consultants, regulators and academic bodies
