Job Description:
- Follow up with drivers and aggregators to making them on board.
- Check daily supply operations on ground, to maintain demand supply ratio.
- Registration of Drivers on our platform.
- Updating their KYC and check background.
- Do regular surveys to get in and out information of cluster.
- Assist immediate senior in his daily operations.
- Rigorous onground operations.
Skills Required:
Quick Learner
- Take work proactively and execute it with full dedication.
- Having good convincing power.
- Have go getter attitude.
- Good in clerical on ground work like managing documents of drivers, update their KYC in system.
- Good in cross functional team operation
- Should work in synergy with demand operation team.
- Should be from good Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
- Experience in start up company in supply department is great advantage.
- Experience : 1+ years in Ground operations.
