Job Description :
- Manage team of executives under them.
- Check daily supply operations on ground, to maintain demand supply ratio.
- Do regular surveys to get in and out information of cluster.
- Assist immediate senior in his daily operations.
- Rigorous on ground operations.
- Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers
- Interact with consumer clear their query if they have, manage platform and make sure rider experience should always stay awesome
- Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information.
- Register interested customer on our platform
Skills Required :
- Should be B.Tech Graduate
- Quick Learner
- Take work proactively and execute it with full dedication.
- Having good convincing power.
- Have go getter attitude.
- Good in cross functional team operation
- Experience in start up company in supply department is great advantage.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
Experience : 2+ years in Ground operations.
