Kisco Castings - Electrical Engineer (5-12 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer for our integrated alloy steel plant. The candidate will be responsible for complete electrical maintenance of LRF, VD, CCM, Forging Press, Hammer, Heat Treatment, Machine Shop, Round Division, and EOT/Overhead Cranes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of HT/LT systems (11kV/33kV), transformers & switchgear
- Electrical maintenance of LRF, VD & Continuous Casting Machine (CCM)
- Handling forging presses, hammers & heavy-duty motors
- Maintenance of heat treatment furnace control systems
- Troubleshooting of PLC, VFD & motor control panels
- Electrical maintenance of EOT/Overhead cranes (hoist, travel drives, brakes, limit switches)
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance planning
- Ensuring electrical safety & statutory compliance
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in integrated steel plant
- Knowledge of PLC (Siemens/ABB/Schneider preferred)
- Experience in heavy industrial equipment & crane maintenance
- Ability to work in 24x7 shift operations
- Good troubleshooting & team handling skills
