- Implement best practices in facilities management to optimize space utilization and work flow

- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Oversee the facilities security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control, and alarm systems
- Oversee the maintenance and up keep of all facility systems ( HVAC,Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Civil and Interiors )
- Co-Ordinate routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Ensure facilities are clean, Safe, and operational at all times
- Manage and track facility related work orders and maintenance requests
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Evaluate vendor performance and handle issue resolution
- Develop and manage the facility maintenance budget
- Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings improvements
- Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance and eco-friendly initiatives
- Communicate facility related updates, issues and improvement to management and other stake holders
- Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance, maintenance issues and budget tracking
