- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in Product Maintenance & remote support. Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers.

- Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

- Experience working as filed support Engineer, Semi field experience is value advantage

- Experience in working with supplier Engineering, Manufacturing site, Quality team.

- Experience on field NC Data analysis, RC identification and CA implementation

- Well versed with filed NC, SCAR, DMR, FA Report, and Trackwise QReports

- Experience in making reports and analysis using the tools like 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, DOE

- Well versed with Teamcenter and SAP for pulling drawings/documentations and costing data

- Hands on experience with Electrical/Electronics/Pneumatic/Vacuum parts functionalities and troubleshooting techniques. (Drives/Motors/Gauges/sensors/vacuum pumps/various types of communication devices/all power and control devices)

- Team player to interact with various stakeholders (Customer Engineer, supplier Engineer, Mfg., Quality, Design Engineers) across different regions (USA, SGP, India, China, Taiwan, Korea, etc..)

- Strong in verbal & written communication with influencing skills, and good in presentation skills.

- Flexible to travel domestic and international

Educational background : Electromechanical Engineer/Electrical- Electronics Engineer

Relevant Experience : 4 to 5 years, Primarily Semi field experience is value advantage
