Kusumgar Corporates - Quality Assurance Head - Textile Manufacturing (10-18 yrs)
- Formulate policies and procedures to ensure high standards of quality assurance and control across KCPL- S units
- Drive licensing and standards conformance activities for the organization to establish recognized and widely-accepted quality standards
- Oversee day to day compliance to quality standards such that errors are identified and corrective measures are undertaken timely
- Oversee the calibration of testing equipment on a timely basis to ensure accuracy in quality checks thereby enabling right quality decisions
- Plan and direct internal audits in order to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction
Technical & Cognitive Skills :
- In Depth knowledge of acceptable quality measures and standards
- Understands applicable QMS system such ISO and NABL standards
- Understands textile manufacturing processes and quality control measures for each process step
- Understands manufacturing defects and can relate defects to causes
- Good knowledge of textile testing equipment (Usage and Maintenance)
