- Analysis of Gold and Silver by Wet Analysis and Fire Assay

- Analysis of Gold and Silver Liquid Samples using by ICP Spectrometer, AAS Spectrometer

- Analysis of Impurities content in DORE Samples by Fire Assay, ICP, AAS

- Analysis of Gold and silver content in Various Process Samples by Fire assay, AAS & ICP

- Analysis of Impurities content in Fine Gold samples by ICP and AAS

- Detection Level of Gold by Fire Assay /AAS level from 0.001 ppm

- Determination of Silica, Phosphate in Water Samples by Using UV Spectrometer

- Prepare Standards for ICP and AAS

- Preparing Assay report for Fine Gold Purity and Fine Silver Purity

- Carrying out all Testing activities as Per QA Plan and maintaining necessary Documentation

- Analysis of surface oxide, oxide in 8mm copper rod

- Analysis of eddy and iron analysis by defect meter

- Analysis of elongation and redius of copper rod

- Analysis of sulfur oxygen and sulphur(LECO)

- Circulate Material received from EH&S to Appropriated members of the Department

- Ensure that Monthly inspection of fire Extinguishers, Exit Lights and Emergency Lighting are carried out.

- Ensure all safety like fire safety, chemical safety, Radiation Safety.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Assisted in Analysis of Raw Materials, Process, Special Samples & Final Products and other R&D works

- Offered reliable materials analysis in the specified timeframes

- Supported in ISO17025 (NABL) Accreditation for particular analysis assignments

- Introduced several new methods of analytical procedures as per requirements of the plant

- Analysis of Gold and Silver inPyrolusite(Copper Ore), Zinc Ore., Aluminum Ore by Wet Analysis, ICP, Fire Assay

- Analysis of Gold and Silver in Granulated Slag using by ICP Spectrometer & Fire Assay

- Analysis of Sulphide content in Copper Ore by Wet Analysis

- Analysis of Silica content in Copper Ore

- Analysis of Copper content in Copper Ore

- Detection Level of Gold by Fire Assay /AAS level from 0.001 ppm

- Determination of Silica, Phosphate in Water Samples by Using UV Spectrometer

- Determination of Iron Level in Slag Samples by Using Magnetic Analyzer

- Determination of Cu, Iron, Silica in Matte and RHF Slag Samples by Using XRF Analyzer.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry.

Experience : 4 to 6 years.
