Job Description

job description of S r. QC chemist:

1 Preparation and Standardization of Volume Solution Used in chemical Analysis.

2 Responsible for Standardization & Calibration of Analytical Instrument & Glassware used in Analysis.

3 Daily Analysis of Raw material, Chemical and Finished products using Instrument and Classical method.

4 Testing of water parameter like pH,COD, TDS,Conductivity Hardness.

5 Co-Ordination with Team Member Group Discussion Maintenance of Laboratory Instrument Classical Method.

6 Daily Q.C Reporting To Q.C In-charge or Q.C Manager.

7 Preserving the Sample of Finish Products to Self Life.

8 Record and maintain the Analysis Data& Related Document.

9 Counter checking the finish products of Quality% as per Standard Specification.

10 Preparation of technical data sheet(TDS) and MSDS of all products.

11 Maintaining and handling QA/QC documents and reports as per specification or standard ISO.

12 Responsibility to check the quality of input RM and ensure the quality as per specification.

13 Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective action.

14 Analysis of Sample of Stabilities studies.

15 Knowledge of ISO and Other Audits.

16 Basic Knowledge of MS Office and Web - browsing.

17 Preparation of Sample as per customers requirement.
