Lab Technician - Soldering (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1.Basic knowledge on electronic components and other basic Lab accessories.
2.Capable to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
3.Performs automatic and manual testing on products. Performs electrical, mechanical, and safety testing on products and subassemblies.
4.Knowledge and implementation of IPC Standard process for soldering and de-soldering. IPC J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies.
5.Ensures assemblies meet visual, mechanical, electrical criteria of design documentation, standards, and inspection documentation.
6.Knowledge on usage of basic measuring equipment like multimeter, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal analyzer, Function generators, AC and DC power supplies, Automated Test Stands.
7.Soldering and de-soldering capabilities on through hole, bare board, IC packages and SMD packages of basic components like resistors, capacitors, inductors etc.,
8.Rig-up the prototype circuits on general purpose PCBs to evaluate its functional performance and document the results.
Requirements :
1. Experience : 2-3 years
2. Qualification : ITI
3. Must have experience as a Soldering Operator or Soldering Technician from a manufacturing company.
4. Must be open to work any shift.
5. Automotive manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
