Land Acquisition Professional - Real Estate/Telecom/Infra (15-30 yrs)
We are looking for candidates in Land Acquisition space.
- Acquiring land for projects across India in cost and time line as per budget.
- Ensuring litigation free unencumbered land.
- All permission for construction related to land - CLU, Gram Panchayat, Forest, Pollution and Central Board etc
- Litigation / dispute if any regarding land to be solved within the stipulated time.
- Liaison with authorities related to land.
- Hands on the legal and technical understanding of the land.
- Ensuring diligence, registration, mutation, TSR etc. to provide full documentation to project finance and lenders.
Desired Profile :
- Retired people from the State or Central Civil services can also apply.
- Someone with excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Someone has the ability to manage the relationship with State or Central agencies.
