Landscape Architect (8-18 yrs)
We have opportunity with one of the our Reputed real Estate organization for Landscape Architect.
Duties :
- Spearhead the landscape design process of the proposed development.
- Shortlist Landscape consultants for the project in consultation with the Design head.
- Float inquires to the shortlisted consultants for fee proposal.
- Be a part of the negotiation process for the shortlisted consultants, prepare recommendation report and conclude the appointment process.
- Survey the site and prepare a report on its natural resources, the wildlife and plants in the area.
- Prepare a landscape design brief for the project.
- Coordinating arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures between various agencies / external consultants
